Rodney McCann – Senior Pastor

Rodney has been in ministry for over 25 years. He was the Youth Minister at Countryside during his college years in the early 90’s, and has been involved with other various ministries since that
time. In 2008, Rodney came back to serve as the Senior Pastor at CCC. Rodney and his wife, Lisa, have been married for over 25 years and have four kids: Ian and daughter-in-law Hillary,
Evan, Erica and Eden. Rodney is an avid baseball fan following the Cardinals, enjoys going to flea markets with his wife, and loves hunting for flea market treasures.

Caleb Lyles – Youth Pastor

Caleb has been the Youth Pastor at Countryside since 2010.
Caleb and his wife, Sally, have one son, Luke, and are expecting another boy this summer. Caleb attended Ozark Christian College
and is pursuing a Master’s Degree from Johnson University.
He grew up in Louisiana and enjoys watching football, especially LSU and the New Orleans Saints. As a child, Church Camp and CIY Move were very influential in his life, and he is passionate about getting students involved with summer camp.

Rebecca Scott – Children’s Pastor

Rebecca started attending CCC at the age of 6 with her family, and grew up in Ozark, MO. She attended MSU where she met her husband Donnie of 14 years with whom she has one child, Collin.  Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Management and a minor in Music. God led her to ministry in 2007, and has been Children’s Pastor at CCC since then. Growing up she helped her Grandmother with VBS and Sunday School teaching.  

Sharon Whalert – Pre-K Coordinator

Sharon has been our Pre-K Coordinator since 2014 and has attended Countryside with her family since 2008. Sharon accepted Jesus as a child and has served by teaching Sunday School and
working with children’s programs before she came to Countryside. Sharon has previously owned and operated a licensed daycare and preschool, and also has previous experience as a para-professional.

Lacey Houska – Secretary

Lacey began working at Countryside in 2012. Lacey and her husband, Mike, have three children. She volunteers with the Wee Worship is involved with the Worship Team at Countryside.
Lacey enjoys spending her time doing yard work, singing, walking her dogs, working out and playing with her kids
